got up today full of the joys of spring.... (Something todo with Global warming?)
Put on step meter first time for ages.
Did some cleaning.... caught up with a mate on the phone. should do it more often!!

Today just sat and read about my life ...... well as much of it that's on here.
Might have to reflect more often
